CTI’s Help Desk offers comprehensive IT support for both your IT department and users including design, deployment, maintenance and monitoring of your server infrastructure, virtualization and application management and workstation maintenance.
CTI’s in-house specialists are ready to help you manage email, file storage, backup and collaboration solutions all under one roof. During an IT project we can schedule cabling or leverage our very own in-house network engineers who are experienced in single and multi-site switching for both voice and data networks.
CTI customers receive complete access to our support team including pre-installation design support and access to our expert level technology specialists.
Emergency maintenance is performed within a 2-hour response time regardless of the time of day. Non-emergency maintenance service for a defect or failure of the system is performed between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday (except holidays).
